Our 47th Season

1. Rehearsals will begin on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at

ASCENSION UCC - 1700 W. Main Street, Norristown, PA 19403

**PLEASE NOTE THE NEW REHEARSAL LOCATION***

**There are only 2 (TWO) weeks of registration, 9/10 and 9/17***

6:30pm in-person registration, and 7:00pm-9:30pm rehearsal.

Saturday, Dec 7 @ 4:00pm / Ascension UCC, West Norriton (public)

Tuesday, Dec 10 @ 7:30pm / Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, KOP (public)

Tuesday, Dec 17 @ 7:00pm / Normandy Farms Estates, Blue Bell (private)

When registering for this season, please know that if you sign up, we’re counting on you to show up! We make plans and order music based on your responses, and if you sign up and don't end up participating, we incur costs to return music and must spend additional time reworking plans for the entire season. If something unexpected arises, we kindly ask that you inform us of your change in plans to join us with as much notice as possible.

3. The Norristown Chorale Chamber Singers. We will likely have some openings for a few sopranos and altos. (Tenors and Basses are welcome to audition, too!) Here are the AUDITION REQUIREMENTS  An audition date will be announced for those interested. The choir has already been formed, but it is evolving to allow for new singers to join; however, it's about balance, I can't take 20+ sopranos, and only have 1 bass, for example!

** REMINDERS **

New singers should come prepared with their audition materials. They can be downloaded from the Joining the Chorale page.

Returning singers who have been INACTIVE for more than TWO SEASONS will need to re-audition for correct vocal placement. Please come prepared following the audition information available for download on the Joining the Chorale page.
